1. Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel or modify your reservation according to the cancellation policy displayed during checkout and outlined below.
A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the rental start time are subject to a 50% refund of the rental amount.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund, and the full rental amount will be charged.
2. Cancellation by Discount Car Rental
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability, maintenance issues, or force majeure events.
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule their booking without additional fees.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds may be reduced by any applicable cancellation fees or forfeited deposits as per the cancellation terms above.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive within the agreed pickup window without prior notice will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
5. Modifications
Booking modifications, including date or vehicle changes, are subject to availability.
Modifications requested less than 24 hours before the rental start time may be treated as cancellations and new bookings, subject to the cancellation fees.
