Payment

  1. You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a passport or national ID, and a credit card for the security deposit.

If your license is in English or Arabic, it is usually accepted. Otherwise, an international driving permit is recommended.

  • Basic insurance

The customer needs to pay a deposit $500 which represents the limit of his/her responsibility in case of accidents. This amount will be refunded back to the customer by the credit company in case of no accidents.

  • Full insurance

The customer needs to pay $500 as a deposit to cover any traffic tickets that may come after returning the car.

CDW $20 per day which covers both sides (the rental car & the second part) but it is not refundable.

CDW+ $25 per day covers CDW and the tyers & wend shield, theft, total damage but it is not refundable.

 A Police report is a must for any kind of insurances. The CDW & CDW+ is for a minimum of 3 rental days.

A credit card is preferred for the security deposit. Some branches may accept debit cards or cash with additional conditions.

Yes, we offer convenient pickup and drop-off services at major airports, including Queen Alia International Airport and king Hussain airport in Aqaba. Please schedule in advance.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days. For cancellations made according to the policy, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the timing.

Preparation

The minimum age is typically 21 years old. Some vehicle categories may require drivers to be 25 or older.

Most rentals include unlimited mileage, but certain packages or vehicle types may have mileage restrictions. Please check your rental terms.

Late returns may result in additional charges. We recommend informing us in advance if you anticipate a delay.

Yes, you can add additional drivers to your rental agreement for a small fee. They must meet the same rental requirements.

While it is not mandatory, we recommend printing your receipt or keeping an electronic copy for reference during your rental period.

Reservation

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation. We recommend doing so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees, depending on your booking terms.

No, vehicles must remain within Jordan unless special cross-border arrangements are approved in advance.
